These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Mighty Collective ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our consultancy services, you ("Client," "you") agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Services

1.1. We provide consultancy services for website sales, digital marketing, social media strategies, and paid advertising.
1.2. Services will be delivered as agreed upon in a written contract, proposal, or email confirmation.

2. Fees and Payments

2.1. All fees are outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided.
2.2. Support retainers are due within [30] days of the invoice date.
2.3. Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.
2.4. Build Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. You must provide all necessary information, access, assets, images, website content, and approvals for us to deliver the services.
3.2. Delays caused by failure to provide required materials may impact project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Any strategies, reports, or documents created for you remain your property upon full payment.
4.2. We retain the right to use anonymised versions of our work for marketing or portfolio purposes.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information disclosed during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6.2. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days' written notice.
7.2. In the event of termination, all work completed up to that point must be paid for.

8. Amendments

9.1. We may update these Terms; the latest version will be available on our website.
